Tyson Griffiths
MANAGING DIRECTOR

As the Managing Director of Mitino Group, Tyson brings over 20 years of industry experience, starting his journey in the building industry in 2001. He is a qualified Project Manager and is a licensed Builder, Carpenter and Plasterer. Tyson is dedicated to exceeding client expectations and is recognised for his willingness to tackle technically challenging projects and utilise unique materials. His impressive portfolio includes notable projects such as Ryan Catholic College, Glendale Aged Care Facility, Ayr Travel Centre, and Jacana Apartments. Tyson's hands-on approach reflects his commitment to personalised service, as he actively oversees all aspects of residential and commercial builds on-site.
Beyond his professional achievements, Tyson values personal connections and enjoys spending quality time with his wife Niki and their three children. He also finds joy in creating music and passionately supports the Maroons.
Niki Griffiths
OPERATIONS MANAGER

As the Operations Manager, Niki oversees all operational aspects of the company, including finance management, contract administration, and payroll. With over 20 years of experience in administration and accounting, Niki's meticulous attention to detail and skill in building positive relationships contribute to creating a highly productive work environment. Committed to advancing Mitino Group as a reputable building company grounded in integrity and fairness, Niki prioritises ongoing professional development, both personally and for the company, to stay current with emerging trends and innovative practices. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Niki also serves as a qualified Justice of the Peace.
Beyond her professional role, Niki values family, cherishing moments with her husband Tyson and their three children, tending to her vegetable garden, and enjoying leisurely trips to the beach.
